FALL SEASON INFORMATION

We will be opening the Fall registration tomorrow July 21, 2025, and will close August 1. Registration can be done online or in person July 22 and 29th at Paz Park if needed.
New info for the 2026 Season
Bat Rule
- We are going to an open bat rule, players may use USA, USSSA or wood bats for ages 5u-12u
- 13-14 will stay as wood or BBCOR
Fall info
- Team fee $250
- $7 per player who did not play in spring with LCYBA for insurance fee
- Pay at the plate for umpires
- 10 games season
- TEAMS MAY USE OTHER PLAYERS WHO ARE PLAYING ON ANOTHER ROSTER IN THEIR AGE DIVSION IF NEED TO FIELD 9. WE UNDERSTAND THERE ARE A LOT OF KIDS IN MULITPLE SPORTS SO THIS ALLOWS TEAMS TO NOT HAVE TO FORFIET DUE TO A LACK OF PLAYERS. ****NOTE- YOU CAN ONLY BORROW A PLAYER IF YOU WILL NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO FIELD A TEAM, YOU CANNOT BORROW ANY PLAYERS IF YOU HAVE 9 PLAYERS TO FIELD A TEAM.
- Teams will receive 1dz baseballs for the season
- Season start will be August 11th
- Aug 4-9 will be set up for pre-season scrimmages for teams playing in the all season with LCYBA

2025 SPRING SEASON INFORMATION
LCYBA,
We are ready to kick off our 2025 Spring Season. The link below is now open for PLAYER registration. Player registration will be open until Feb 10th 2025, then the late registration with a $5 late fee will be open from Feb 10th 2025- Feb 15th 2025.
Season Est start date is March 3th for 7u through 14u
Season Est start date is March 15th for Tball
The season will consist of a 12 or 14 game season depending on the amount of field space that is provided by the City of Las Cruces with a Single elimination Playoff for the top 4 or teams (depending how many teams are in the division).
As an affiliate with Pony Baseball, all divisions have an opportunity for the 1st and 2nd place teams out of playoffs to go onto a Zone tournament though Pony, and if they win in the Zone, they can move onto the World Series though Pony Baseball.
Once we obtain the approved dates of play and all black out dates from the City of Las Cruces, we will set the Playoff dates.

LCYBA strives to provide the players with the best experience on the field. With our amazing Board of Directors and Phenomenal Umpire in Chief, we work to make the game enjoyable and competitive for all players of all skill levels. Our team has been working to build the league up each year and to bring more opportunities for out youth. Keep an eye out for local tournaments, showcases, coaches workshops and for NMSU sporting events. We want our youth to know what is going on to have all opportunities to play and to continue to build their skill set.
